Fixing factual details

If your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, or services listed here are wrong, you can request a correction. We fix factual fields when you provide the correct information alongside verification such as your website or Google Business Profile. Once applied, corrections persist through future data updates and do not need to be resubmitted.

Challenging a score

Scores are never hand-edited. A dispute means the underlying data feeding your score may be incorrect: your listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you that belong elsewhere, or a review summary may misrepresent what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute, we re-check the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number; it is a claim that the inputs are wrong.

Requesting removal

We remove listings for three reasons: your business is permanently closed, your listing is a duplicate of another entry, or your business falls outside the scope of this directory. Monthly re-verification cycles catch and remove closed businesses automatically. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined, and you will receive a clear explanation why.

How long it takes

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests include the reason.
